Master Degree Project Thesis:
"Different Forms of Materialization of a book: Print,
Digital, Hybrid”
The aim of this project is to understand the evolution of the book and the different ways of materializing it and scpeculating on the advantages of a new type of hybrid materialization that crosses the print and digital media through augmented reality. It was intended to speculate on creating a new type of reading experience, based on paper matter, that takes advantage of the potential of digital medium. It was used the content of the book “The Medium is the Massage” by Marshall McLuhan in the three different books in order to understand how the change of medium (print, digital, hybrid) changes our perception of the content.
